Zenora takes great pride in being an organized business that provides professional beauty care and prompt services.

For these reasons, we have several policies to ensure that Zenora remains a Wellness Center for all. Thank you for taking the time to read them.

We give priority to those who have made advance bookings. Whether via our online booking system, by phone, or in person, priority will always be given to those who have made the booking first over those who have simply dropped in.


If you would like to make a booking in advance to make sure that we can accommodate you, please refer to our online booking system or call us to make a reservation. Keep in mind that online bookings must be made at least two hours prior to the time chosen.


Bookings can be made up to one month in advance.

Appointments may be rescheduled 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment free of charge.


Appointments that are rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged a fee that is 50% of the cost of the scheduled service(s).

If a client comes late to an appointment, we will try our best to accommodate him/her. However, be advised that priority will be given to people that are on time.

In the event of a no-show, clients will be asked to pay for the full cost of the scheduled service(s).

If you make an online booking for an appointment, please note that the system will only let you book for a service that will end by 18:30, our closing time.


For safety purposes, the gates of Zenora are closed starting from 18:00. However, do not hesitate to ring the bell as we are open until 18:30.

In order to maintain an organized service and efficient online booking system, we require that clients who use our online booking system use a single, personal account. Clients who use other people’s accounts or create multiple accounts in order to avoid penalty fees they have previously incurred will be required to pay all fines, past and present.


Clients can book appointments for family and friends.

We pride ourselves in always caring for our clients’ safety. Because our equipment is designed with a weight limit, we are unable to accommodate clients who weigh more than 100 kilograms (220 lbs). Thank you for your cooperation in helping us keep Zenora a safe place for all.

From time to time there are water and electricity cuts in Kigali. In the event that these occur, we will reschedule appointments free of charge. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Please help us keep Zenora a calm and peaceful environment for all of our clients and staff by refraining from the use of cell phones.
