  • Our team is trained by a highly qualified aesthetician with 13 years of experience, certified in Western Europe.
  • We source specialised products and items not available in Rwanda, incurring additional costs (e.g., massage table covers, bathrobes, nail polish, waxing, etc.).
  • Complimentary WiFi and self-serve beverages are provided in our tranquil garden for your convenience.

• Please note that our menu lists different durations for each service. Kindly consider allocating 5 to 10 minutes for dressing and undressing, which is part of each session’s overall time frame.
• In the event of a late arrival, the time will be deducted from the scheduled service duration to ensure we remain on track for subsequent appointments.
• Clients who wish to shower before their service are encouraged to do so prior to their scheduled appointment time, as it is not included within the allotted service duration.

We use various types of oils such as moringa, baobab and coconut. Shea butter as well. All originating from Africa. Premium products imported exclusively: Depilève, Yves Rocher, Peggy Sage, Crisnails and more.

All our waxing services are done with Depilève (wax with strips). Eyebrow waxing is done with a special Depilève wax.

From time to time we run deals and discounts. We recommend following us on social media to get notified.

We do not have a sauna or a steam at Zenora.

We do not offer mobile massages. All our services are offered at Zenora Wellness Spa in Kimihurura.

There is a a self-service area in the garden lounge with tea and coffee. We also sometimes offer smoothies and juices.

WI-FI internet is available both inside and outside the premise.
